Venue

The venue for the 15th IAEA Technical Meeting on Energetic Particles is the Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory (PPPL).

Transportation from/to the Nassau Inn Hotel will be provided by PPPL to the Meeting participants, see Hotel Information for more details.

Participants that chose to stay at a different hotel are kindly asked to directly address transportation to/from PPPL with the hotel of their choice (e.g. through hotel’s shuttle, if available).

 

Important Notes to access PPPL facilities:

- For non-US citizens, access to PPPL is subject to the submission and approval of the PPPL Foreign National Visitors Form. All non-US participants are kindly asked to submit the Form by July 31th, 2017.

- For US citizens, all visitors age 18 and over are required to show a U.S. government-issued photo I.D. (for example, passport or driver's license) when entering PPPL.
