Information for presenters

Oral presentations:
Preferred format is 16:9 (4:3 is also acceptable).
Presenters are strongly encouraged to use PDF file format.
Use of personal laptops is strongly discouraged.
Please send your final presentation to E. Fredrickson (eric@pppl.gov) at least one day before your talk. This is important to ensure that your presentation will display correctly.

Poster presentations:
Poster board size is 8’ wide by 4’ high (approx. 2.4m x 1.2m)
Poster boards will also be available for participants that give oral presentations.

Please send a PDF copy of your talk or poster to E. Fredrickson (eric@pppl.gov)
by no later than Wednesday Sep. 6th (the earlier, the better)

If you have any special requirement (e.g. to have two posters on adjacent boards), please contact the Local Organizing Committee:
