Hotel
Participants are kindly asked to make their own Hotel reservation. The Local Organizing Committee has made arrangements with the Nassau Inn Hotel in Princeton for a limited number of rooms, which are available to reserve on a first-come first-serve basis. The Nassau Inn is located in Princeton just across the Princeton University main campus, with restaurants, pubs and attractions at walking distance.
The block room rate at the Nassau Inn is $145/night for participants to the IAEA-EP-TCM and ITPA meetings (rate does not include breakfast and room internet access).

Guests may book their own reservation by either calling the Reservation Department at 1-800 (862)-7728 and using the Booking ID 23151 or through the Nassau Inn's website using the following link:

If using the website, guests will need to click on the GROUPS tab. When asked for their ATTENDEE CODE, they must enter their Booking ID 23151. Once they select their dates, all of the group information will be displayed. If guests are calling in to make their own arrangements, they will need a method of payment to secure a reservation.
For participants staying at the Nassau Inn, transportation from the Hotel to PPPL will be provided for the duration of the meeting for the beginning of the sessions (around 8:00am) and back to the Hotel after the last session of the day (around 6pm).
