Banquet and NSTX-U Tour

Banquet

The banquet for the 15th IAEA-TCM on Energetic Particles will take place at the Salt Creek Grille (https://www.saltcreekgrille.com/princeton/) on Thursday, September 7th. Cost is $45 per person, to be paid at the meeting registration.

Transportation from PPPL to the Salt Creek Grille will be available after the end of Thursday's session. The same bus will then proceed to the Nassau Inn in Princeton for attendees who stay at the Nassau Inn and do not participate to the banquet.

After the banquet, transportation from the Salt Creek Grille to the Nassau Inn Hotel will be available. Pick up time is 9pm at Salt Creek Grille.

Tour of NSTX-U

Tours of the NSTX-U facility are planned for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday Sept. 6-8 between 1:30pm and 2:10pm (lunch break).

Attendees that have already notified the LOC with their preference(s) for the NSTX-U tour do not need to re-submit the Form.

Note: depending on on-going NSTX-U construction activities, the proposed schedule may need to be modified - participants will be informed of changes to the scheduled Tours during the meeting.
