NOTE: The present pre-registration Form does not replace the Application/Nomination forms to be submitted to IAEA through the participant's National Agency.

NOTE:  Based on the final choice of the Meeting venue, you may be asked by the LOC to fill out the Registration Form For Non-US Citizens visiting PPPL.
